Details

• Rate: 150 PHP/hour
• Work set-up: Office-based
• Weekly workload: Will start as part time but will switch to full time

Key Responsibilities

• Cater to patient/customer inquiries through calls. Other customer service channels might be opened in the future, chats and emails.
• Make outbound calls to follow-up patients.
• Manage various administrative tasks, especially during slow times.
