We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support our client in Portland, Oregon. This Contract position focuses on creating a smooth experience for patients by managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating daily scheduling needs. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with clinical staff and patients in a fast-paced setting.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointment calendars and help balance scheduling needs across providers and departments.

• Welcome and assist patients with scheduling questions, updates, and general coordination throughout their care journey.

• Maintain patient medical documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
