Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Reception)

AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment. We are looking for someone who can help create an exceptional patient experience while keeping front desk operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities

+ Answer incoming phone calls and assist new and existing patients

+ Schedule evaluations and follow-up appointments

+ Verify insurance benefits and explain patient coverage/responsibility

+ Collect co-pays, balances, and patient paperwork

+ Manage patient communication via phone, text, and email

+ Assist with patient intake and onboarding

+ Maintain organized front desk and clinic workflow
