A respected specialty healthcare practice in North County San Diego is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their care journey. This role is much more than scheduling appointmentsβit requires someone who can build rapport, coordinate multiple moving pieces, and provide an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through follow-up care.
