Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient registration, admission, discharge, and related finance administration in line with service standards.
- Prepare invoices, manage billing accuracy, and handle claims submission (MediShield, Medisave) with timely reconciliation.
- Administer receipts, donations, and financial records while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Engage patients and next‑of‑kin on outstanding balances, issuing reminders and settlement notices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete documentation for billing and finance processes.
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare finance operations — admission administration, patient billing, credit control, debt collection, and claims processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and adaptable to new systems/software.
