This customer service position is often the first person a patient encounters when entering the St. Luke’s Magic Valley hospital. This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).

Shift Details: Saturday-Monday 1600-0230 (4pm-2:30am)
