+ Confirming demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment.

+ Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.

+ Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.

+ Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ years of Customer Service work experience

+ Ability to communicate proactively and effectively

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills
