Job Responsibilities:
Examine and interpret laboratory samples (blood, tissue, fluids) to diagnose diseases.
Supervise lab technicians and ensure accuracy in testing and reporting.
Issue timely and accurate pathology reports.
Correlate clinical data with pathological findings.
Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to diagnostic decisions.
Ensure NABL / NABH lab standards and protocols are followed.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and patient records.
Contribute to quality improvement and lab audits.
