Responsibilities

Seeking a patent prosecution associate attorney with 2-6 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience and a background/advanced degree in Biological sciences or Chemistry. Candidates will work with other attorneys/clients and must have experience with; analyzing technical documents for patentability, drafting applications, patent portfolio management, freedom-to-operate, invalidity analysis and IP due diligence.

Qualifications

2-6 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.

Law firm or industry experience as an associate or patent professional.
