I'm working directly with an AmLaw 20 firm seeking a Patent Associate to join its growing Intellectual Property practice in Austin.

OVERVIEW

• 3+ years of patent prosecution experience preferred
• Significant experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in software, AI/ML, LLMs, fintech, telecommunications, web applications, integrated circuits, and related technologies
• USPTO registration required
• Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science background strongly preferred
• Direct client interaction and patent portfolio strategy responsibilities
• Anticipated compensation: $300,000-$390,000+ base salary, depending on class year and experience, plus bonus
