• Supervision of pastry production.
• Direction of preparation under the guidance of Executive Chef.

• Must have at least 2 years' experience in the same rank/capacity in luxury cruise ships.
• Must have relevant STCW certificates and travel documents.
• Must be physically fit.
• Basic command in English language.
