A Pastry Chef de Partie is required for this highly acclaimed luxury hotel in the beautiful county of Cumbria for this country house hotel.

The hotel has over 50 bedrooms and boasts a 1AA Rosette awarded brasserie style restaurant, serving traditional British cuisine. The restaurant focuses on seasonal produce from local suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Be working on the Pastry section of the kitchen preparing all manner of pastries, desserts, breads and ice creams
• Be passionate, talented and hardworking and have the drive and determination to work hard to help push this kitchen on to the next level
• Have a background within fresh food establishments
