Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and production of baked goods, develop seasonal menus, and ensure alignment with franchise standards while maintaining consistency in flavour, texture, and presentation.
- Oversee all baking processes from mixing to baking, conduct daily quality checks, and continuously improve recipes, techniques, and production efficiency.
- Manage food costs, labour budgets, pricing strategies, supplier relationships, ordering, and inventory to ensure profitability and freshness.
- Enhance customer experience through high-quality products, visual appeal, and responsive interaction when addressing feedback or showcasing offerings.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule the bakery team while fostering a positive work culture and collaborating with management on product launches and marketing initiatives.
