Pastoral Lead

Salary: £15.37 - £16.78 per hour (£27,463 - £29,982 annually depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, Term Time Only

Hours: 40 hours per week

Reporting to: School or Hub Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Lead to join our team and support the wellbeing, development and success of young people. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a positive difference and supporting students who may face additional barriers to learning, including SEND, ASC and mental health needs.

As Pastoral Lead, you will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where students feel valued and able to thrive. Working closely with staff, families and external agencies, you will help remove barriers to learning and support students both emotionally and socially.
