Parts Supervisor

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30

Are you an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills? Scania GB are recruiting for a new Parts Supervisor based at our Thirsk depot. As a Parts Supervisor you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the parts department whilst managing and developing the parts team in order to deliver excellent customer service to all parts customers.

Skill Set:

  • Manage the operation of the parts department to ensure effective and efficient delivery of parts to the correct customer and workshop
  • Build and develop new and existing parts customers
  • Proactively embark on stock checks, working to reduce stock check line discrepancy
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all parts customers, both internally and externally
  • Good computer skills
  • Pre-empts and obtains information relating to the custo...
