What You’ll Do


+ Be the go-to resource for parts support for fire apparatus

+ Assist customers and technicians in person and over the phone

+ Quickly process parts orders, requests, and quotes

+ Keep inventory dialed in—order, receive, stock, and track parts

+ Manage returns, warranties, and vendor coordination

+ Ensure technicians get the right parts fast to minimize downtime

+ Maintain accurate repair orders and daily data entry
