Key Responsibilities

• Order, inspect, store, and issue spare parts and materials.
• Use DMS for parts quotations, order processing, and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and timely delivery.
• Handle part returns, warranty processes, and update supplier records.
• Maintain a clean, organized storage and work area.
• Track pick ratio rates and maintain quarterly stock inventories.
• Assist with documentation, vendor payments, and admin filing.
• Support inventory audits and ensure minimum stock thresholds are met.
