Parts and Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Preparation of spare parts quotes against customer RFQ and business lead
• Obtaining purchase order and advance payment from customer
• Order processing in ERP system
• Keep track of warranty goodwill parts supply
• Work closely with Global parts technical support team to provide timely assistance to customers and field engineers

Shipping Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents and quotes for customers
• Negotiate with freight forwarders
• Keep a meticulous record of shipment information
• Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints
• Prepare sales reports for After Sales Manager and senior management

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or any degree
• One to two years of experience in parts and shipping industry (added advantage)
