Job Description

Location: Balzac, AB

Shift and schedule: Monday – Thursday, from 16:00-02:30.

The Maintenance Coordinator ensures that the fleet maintenance requirements are accurately identified, recorded, and prioritized within the maintenance system to meet maintenance safety, operational and Driver needs. The Maintenance Coordinator is also expected to be a team player in both maintenance and parts department and able to communicate effectively with technicians, drivers, outside vendors and Bison's customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair Order Management: Open and manage shop and outsourced repair orders, coordinate appointments, and ensure clear communication with Shop Supervisors, Technicians, and Maintenance Coordinators.
  • Mobile & Satellite Repairs: Schedule and oversee mobile repair orders and satellite EDVIR deficiencies, ensuring timely creation and communication of repair orders.
