We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!

We are offering a basic salary of £31,824 plus company benefits!

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday – 8:00am – 12:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and read...
