About the Role

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and scale HiBob’s partner ecosystem across the EuroWest region, with a primary focus on Spain and Portugal. Spain represents the largest opportunity, and you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and growing strategic partners that generate pipeline and drive new business. This high‑impact, growth‑oriented role will work closely with our GTM teams to create a thriving partner channel and expand HiBob’s presence in a key growth market.
