Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Permanent hybrid position (3 days/week in-office) in Irvine, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or San Francisco, CA to focus on partnership tax reviews, consulting, and client service in asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate tax aspects of partnership agreements and manage IRC 704b accounts.
- Manage client services teams, plan and execute tax projects across industries, and provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance.
- Market, sell, design, and implement tax-planning strategies while managing budgets.
- Develop, train, mentor staff, and assess performance for reviews.
