Job Description
- Build effective and trusted relationships with partners in ways that demonstrate partner focus and satisfaction by identifying needs, following up in a timely manner and exceeding partner expectations.
- Meet with partners on a regular cadence and set agenda for meetings.
- Follow up and report on agreed actions with all stakeholders.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the partner value proposition and summarize partner status and next actions for manager.
- Manage multiple projects and multiple partners simultaneously
- Ability to identify task next actions and follow through to completion in an efficient and timely manner.
- Follow up on referral status; capture accurate information; monitor partner success and metrics to measure the value each partner brings to the program.
