Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong network of regional partners to ensure sustainable service capacity and operational reliability.
• Lead regional growth initiatives, including:
  • Capacity planning to support volume growth.
  • Geographic expansion.
  • Launch of new products and services.
• Establish and implement last‑mile operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet quality and performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise last‑mile systems and delivery processes, improving courier and partner experience.
• Take on team management responsibilities, including coaching and mentoring junior staff.
