• Build and manage a strong network of regional partners to ensure sustainable service capacity and operational reliability.
• Lead regional growth initiatives, including capacity planning to support volume growth, geographic expansion, and launch of new products and services.
• Establish and implement last-mile operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet quality and performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize last-mile systems and delivery processes, improving courier and partner experience.
