Job Description
As Partner Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of Hyreโs partner network and selected B2B demand channels, with a particular focus on the Replacement Car segment โ one of the companyโs largest and fastest-growing business areas.
The role combines partner management, business development and commercial execution. You will be responsible for strengthening partner engagement, driving commercial performance and supporting the expansion of both existing and new partner locations across Hyreโs markets.
Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, Operations and Technology, you will identify growth opportunities, support strategic initiatives and contribute to both short-term performance improvements and long-term market expansion. This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence one of Hyreโs most important growth areas. You will report to the Chief Sales Officer.
