JOB TITLE: Part-time Receptionist
LOCATION: Folkestone, Kent
SALARY: Β£13ph
TERM: Ongoing Temporary
HOURS: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 9am to 5pm
Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work? Office Angels are proud to be supporting this local company in recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist. This is a part-time role working every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, however you may also need to be available to attend additional days paid training during the week.
The key duties and requirements are:
Based on reception, dealing with clients face to face.
Taking enquiries from clients over email and the phone.
Supporting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Arranging appointments, sending invites via Outlook.
Using multiple IT systems.We'd love to speak to candidates who:
Have experience in a reception or customer focused role.
Have exceptional communication skills.
