Part-Time Personal Assistant - Flexible hours - Commitment of 3 days a week - $15/hr (Office) - $12/hr (WFH)
Responsibilities: . Maintain and provide secretarial support for the Consultants' daily schedule, including forward planning of their workload and diary management . Assist in HR related matters . Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned . You will also be assisting with projects
Requirements: . Minimum Local Diploma . Undergrads are welcomed . Age 21 and above . No experience needed (Training will be provided) . Able to work in fast-paced environment . Comfortable with multi-tasking . Be a team player . Possess good communication skills . Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency . Highly organised, detail-oriented and responsible .
