Overview
This role is seeking a BE/BC Primary Care or Hospice/Palliative Care Physician to provide services in the Galesburg Hospice Agency to support the community! 4 hours/week is required Join a well-established and fully-staffed team with additional support such as pastoral care and social workers Duties include team management, weekly interdisciplinary meetings, time logging, afterhours call Mon-Fri until 4:30pm, and occasional weekend call1st call is covered by triage Retirement plans Paid occurrence based malpractice Six years in a row, OSF has been recognized on the Forbes list of Best Employers by State.
