Job Description
- Respond to customer service-related queries/requests.
- Recommendation of music courses, enrolment, fees collection.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
- Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc. Requirements
- Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work 4 days a week including both weekends; Duration : 5 to 9.5 hours
- Able to work 'retail hours' (nights and weekends)
