Job Description
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced CP Chair / IRO to join Bracknell Forest Council on a part-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Chair Child Protection Conferences and undertake related quality assurance activity in line with child protection procedures.
* Ensure the voice of the child remains central to safeguarding arrangements, planning, and decision-making.
* Quality assure care planning arrangements for children, ensuring their wishes and feelings are fully represented and that plans are compliant with statutory guidance for Independent Reviewing Officers.
* Provide independent scrutiny and challenge to multi-agency plans, ensuring they are robust, outcome-focused, and promote positive change.
* Contribute to service and directorate-wide quality assurance activity, supporting continuous learning and development across the workforce.
