General Description

The Legal Associate will be part of the Ocean Winds Headquarters Legal Team, providing broad legal support across the business. The role involves close interaction with Business Development (including M&A, bid structuring, origination and partnerships), as well as Finance, Procurement, IT, BPE, People and Innovation teams.

This is a challenging and highly rewarding role in a fast‑paced international environment, offering exposure to complex transactions and strategic decision‑making at group level.

Main Accountabilities

• Providing legal support to HQ teams on a regular basis and to country/project level from time to time, including, among others, to BD (including M&A, bid structuring, origination and partnerships); Finance; Procurement; IT; Business Process Excellence and Communications; People/HR; and Innovation team at OW headquarters.
