Must be details, good at follow up and have a good time management.Need to manage and monitor equipment, cleaning solutions and cleaning standard.

Work Day : 4 Days - Must able to commit either on Sat or Sun

Work Shift : 7am to 4pm or 2pm to 11pm

• Able to communicate well/fast with client, floater and cleaner through various channels (e.g phone calls, Chat / SMS, emails, walk‑ins)
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times. Responding promptly to client inquiries & complaints
