Position: Parking Manager

Location: Tulip Festival / Pick Farm (Outdoor)

Season: Late April – May (Weekdays & Weekends)

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: 8 hour shifts, must be available weekends; must be available for

• Shift A: Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat / Sun
• Shift B: Tue / Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun

About The Role

The Parking Operations Manager oversees all parking, traffic flow, and bus staging operations for the festival. This role ensures guests arrive and depart safely and efficiently, staff are properly deployed, and parking capacity is actively managed throughout the day. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires calm decision-making during peak arrival and departure periods. Any parking issues will be escalated to you during your shift. This position reports directly to the leadership team.
