**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Parking Lot Attendant is stationed in the parking lot while on duty. This role communicates with the Operations Support team to guide and direct vehicle traffic. This position also performs various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, providing information and direction to customers.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers
+ Greets all customers as they walk or drive by associate in a friendly and outgoing manner
+ Stays in contact and communicates with Operations Support via radio to understand traffic flow on campus.
+ Provides directions to different facilities on Campus.
+ Provides information including but not limited to museum pricing, the retail store’s advertised sales and special events.
