Overview

BDO Canada Indirect Tax Service is looking for a Paraprofessional to join our team. The role provides general administrative support within the national Indirect Tax Group and handles processing tasks related to Workday, client engagement, tax research, and return filings.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support within the national Indirect Tax Group
• Support Workday processing, including billings, collections, deposits, payment entries, and client invoice printing, mailing or emailing
• Coordinate client acceptance, conflict checks, Workday customer and project setup, CaseWare setup, and prepare engagement letters, master service agreements, and statements of work
• Conduct and document indirect tax research
• Communicate with tax authorities to obtain information, complete registrations, validate data, or respond to requests
