Transylvania County EMS operates three emergency ALS Paramedic ambulances during the day and two emergency ALS Paramedic ambulances at night. In addition, the on-duty Supervisor is assigned to an additional ambulance for response and transport capabilities. Transylvania County EMS has two EMS stations. The main station is in Brevard.
