Summary You will serve as a PARALEGAL SPECIALIST in the US NMRTC GUAM of US NMRTC GUAM. Responsibilities You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating cases arising under various laws and regulations. You will manage and advise the Legal Officer and chain of command on the overall administration of military justice and processing administrative boards. You will examine and evaluate requests for release of information and medical records under the FOIA, federal regulations regarding litigation and military justice discovery regulations. You will be handling subpoenas process and serve as a notary. You will review line of duty, loss or damage to government property and other investigations. You will review and research requests for legal opinions on health care issues.
