Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare draft loan agreements, facility letters, corporate authorities, confidentiality agreements and other transaction related documentation based on templates and precedents
• Analyse, summarise, consolidate, update, and maintain database of precedents, template agreements and clauses and other know how
• Assist with general administration and management of workflow and ongoing projects and new businesses

Requirements:
