• Assist in the drafting, review, and formatting of legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, and correspondence for conveyancing, intellectual property and corporate matters.
• Assist in legal research, drafting of pleadings, affidavits, formal letters, legal submissions and other court documents for civil / family court / arbitration / insolvency proceedings.
• Attend and assist in hearings in the Singapore Courts.
