The Commercial Transaction and Litigation Paralegal will provide legal and administrative support to 3 Senior Legal Counsel in the Greater Mid-Atlantic region (PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE, VA), who have responsibility over commercial transactions/claims, customer service agreement and complaint issues and responses, litigation support, subpoena response, and management of certain regulatory document filings both in hard copy and electronically.
