We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal and compliance operations for a long-term contract opportunity. This position will focus heavily on managing commercial agreement workflows while also assisting with corporate governance matters, entity-related filings, insurance claim coordination, and day-to-day legal requests. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational judgment, communicates proactively, and can keep multiple priorities moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
