Primary Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to the Company’s Legal and Compliance Unit.
• Maintain the Legal Team’s paper and electronic files and records using management tools.
• Facilitate end-to-end management of all contracts.
• Monitor the progress of contracts, and ensure that all internal and external documents are accurate and well-maintained.
• Prepare and update inventory of contracts and agreements of the Company.
• Liaise with Senior Management and External Counsels, when necessary.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

What You Need To Succeed In This Role

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of a relevant 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of work experience as a corporate paralegal in a bank (corporate housekeeping: taking minutes, organizing, safekeeping and tracking documents, etc).
