We are hiring our first in-house Paralegal to own all legal operations end‑to‑end. This is a high‑ownership, high‑visibility role – you will manage commercial contracts, deploy AI‑powered legal tooling, reduce dependency on external counsel, and build the legal infrastructure that scales with the business. You will report to the SVP, Finance, and work closely with the CEO and cross‑functionally.

Contract & Commercial Operations
Own the full lifecycle of customer contracts: MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs - first review, redlines, tracking, and execution.
Manage vendor and partner agreements - negotiate, template, and reduce routine external counsel spend.
Build and maintain a centralized contract repository with metadata, renewal dates, and risk clause tracking.
Deliver exec‑level reporting on contract status, open items, and legal risk exposure.
Draft and manage offer letters, severance agreements, and PIP documentation.
