Job Description
Jobresponsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the legal office to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support Partners and Lawyers with scheduling, document coordination, and office logistics.
- Manage office vendors, facilities, procurement, and service providers.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient task delegation and allocation.
- Maintain compliance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate client correspondence, and general office communication
- Monitor office expenses and administrative budgets.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field are encouraged to apply
- 35 years experience in office administration within professional practices
- Preferably from legal firms, accounting firms, medical centers, and engineering consultancies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
