We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who can handle complex filings, maintain organized case records, and provide reliable support through all phases of litigation. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys, clients, courts, and external vendors while managing multiple matters with accuracy and urgency. This is a 100% remote position; however, ideal candidate must live in the DFW area due to monthly and quarterly in office meetings.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit court filings in state, federal, and appellate courts while ensuring each submission aligns with applicable local rules, procedural requirements, and individual judge preferences.
