Description
Robert Half is seeking a corporate paralegal to support an in-house team with real estate and general corporate matters. The person in this role will help coordinate deal activity, maintain entity records(200+,) and work closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel as transaction volume continues to expand.


Responsibilities:

• Support commercial real estate transactions from initial preparation through closing, with a focus on acquisitions, refinances, and dispositions.

• Coordinate with outside counsel, lenders, and internal team members to organize documents, track deliverables, and keep deal activity moving on schedule.

• Review and assemble transaction materials such as purchase documentation, closing checklists, entity records, and related legal files.

• Maintain corporate entity information and assist with organizational structuring, registrations, dissolutions, and recordkeeping as business needs evolve...
