Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Administrator & Paralegal to join our Legal Department. This is a dual-function role that combines hands-on paralegal support with legal administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the legal team to ensure the smooth running of the department and assist in managing the company's legal and compliance obligations.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or equivalent (a relevant degree will be advantageous)
- Minimum 2β3 years' experience in a similar legal administrative or paralegal role
- Experience within a corporate in-house legal environment is preferred
- Solid understanding of South African legislation including the
- Companies Act, LRA, BCEA, CPA, and POPIA
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
