Role Overview
This is a true parabroker role with full ownership of the credit function. You sit within a three‑person pod (Parabroker, CSM, VA) supporting a senior Mortgage Broker.
You are the credit lead — there is no separate credit team.
Key responsibilities

• Structure and lodge all deals within your pod (20–25 per month at scale)
• Workshop deals at fact‑find stage — servicing, policy and structure
