As an important member of the Bariatrics multidisciplinary team, you would be diagnosing and treating medically complex patients. The ideal candidate would be passionate about this patient population.


+ Mix of outpatient clinic with some inpatient rounding

+ Minor in office wound procedures

+ Primary Grand Rapids with travel to Zeeland

+ The ideal candidate would inpatient APP experience



Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner:

+ Required Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
